An insurance office in Mountain View, California, reported that two of their refrigerators were not working. The technician inspected two beverage air coolers. Found cooler #1 completely down with a defective compressor. Will need to quote repairs. Found the second reach-in refrigerator with a faulty temperature control and clogged coil. Was able to swap the temperature control from unit #1, per manager's approval, to #2 and cleaned the coil. #2 operational and at 37 degrees. Quote to follow for full repairs on #1.
Santa Clara county a/c technician returned to a specialty import store to complete approved repairs. The Carrier air conditioner had a failed VFD that had to be replaced. After replacing and testing system, tech found the blower motor not operating. Will quote to replace motor as well.
